How to request data deletion

If you have used Lobby through Facebook Messenger, you can request deletion of your data in two ways:

• Through Facebook: Go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → find "Lobby" or "SunLakes Ai" → request data removal. Facebook will notify us automatically and we will process your request within 30 days.
• Through email: Email info@sunlakes.ai with your request. Include enough information for us to locate your records (for example, the Facebook Page you messaged and an approximate date).

What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we remove:

• Your conversation history with the Lobby chatbot
• Your Page-Scoped User ID (PSID) and any associated session data
• Diagnostic logs containing your interactions

We may retain a deletion record for compliance purposes (timestamp and confirmation code only, with no other identifying information). We do not retain your conversation content after the deletion is processed.
